The Atrens Comprehensive Plus Protection Plan (ACPPP) provides an alternative way to control your HVAC equipment maintenance and repair costs. An ACPPP combines the coverage and services provided by a “HVAC Comprehensive Maintenance Service Agreement” and Equipment Breakdown/Boiler and Machinery Insurance Policy in one program. With an ACPPP you have coverage for costs incurred for repairs and preventative maintenance work performed on the scheduled HVAC equipment of your condominium.
