The policy provides an extensive array of additional coverages including a few important new features.

Cottage and Lake Associations*
Includes:
- Community & Rate Payers Association
- Land Ownership
- Road Liability Exposure
The new simplified program has been specifically developed to anticipate and provide coverage for the normal activities of more than 90% of the members. Associations with unique activities will be promptly considered.
Road Associations*
Includes:
- Road Liability
- Causeways
- Bridges
- Culverts
While the basic program recognizes the needs of most Road Associations, again those with greater requirements will be considered individually.
Land Ownership/ Land Trust Associations*
Includes:
- Land Holdings
- Building & Equipment
Larger land holding or those with unique additional exposures will be considered individually.
